Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is PENDIENTE, S.L., tax ID PENDIENTE (NIF), registered at PENDIENTE — calle, número, código postal, ciudad, España.

2. What data we process

We only process the data you provide voluntarily:

• Contact form data: name, email address, company (optional), enquiry subject and the content of your message.
• Minimal technical data generated by browsing (IP address and user agent), processed by our hosting provider for security and service availability.
• If you accept analytics, aggregated and anonymous usage metrics. We do not use tracking cookies and we do not build profiles.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Each processing activity has a specific purpose and a legal basis:

• Answering your enquiry and any follow-up communication. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the form checkbox.
• Ensuring the security, availability and integrity of the site. Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Measuring use of the site in aggregate. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
• Complying with legal obligations where applicable. Legal basis: art. 6.1.c GDPR.

4. Retention periods

Form data is kept for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and, afterwards, for a maximum of twelve months, unless the enquiry leads to a contractual relationship or a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Technical logs held by the hosting provider are kept for short periods under its own security policy. Analytics metrics are aggregated and cannot identify you.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To deliver the service we rely on providers acting as processors, with whom we maintain the contract required by article 28 GDPR:

• Hosting and content delivery provider: Cloudflare, Inc. (1 Front Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, EE. UU.).
• Email provider, to receive and answer your messages.
• Web analytics provider, only if you have given consent.

6. International transfers

We prioritise providers that process data within the European Economic Area. Where a provider involves an international transfer, it is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses, together with any necessary supplementary measures.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to droidware@droidwarecorp.com, stating which right you are exercising and attaching a document proving your identity:

• Access: find out what data of yours we process.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: ask us to delete your data when it is no longer necessary.
• Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
• Restriction: ask us to suspend processing while a claim is verified.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Withdrawal of consent, at any time and without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

8. Complaints

We will answer your request within one month at most. If you believe we have not handled it properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid).

9. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encryption in transit via TLS, strict security headers, access control over the mailboxes receiving form submissions, and minimisation of the data we request.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or service changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
